Healthy Hearts – February virtual class

In this session, our Dietitians will teach you how to eat for a healthier heart!

You will learn to:

  • Understand your risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and which risk factors can be managed with diet, lifestyle, and medication
  • Identify Heart-Healthy foods that also improve cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides
  • Create personal goals to improve your heart health
