This four-week program is to help anyone who is looking for tools to quit smoking or using tobacco products. Lead by a Respiratory Therapist and special guest Behavioural Health Consultant, you will learn tips and tricks for managing cravings and withdrawals and get tips on dealing with stress to help stay on track. Learn more about developing a quit smoking plan and discuss nicotine replacement options. Join conversations with others who are working towards similar goals to keep you motivated.
