Moving on With Persistent Pain (8-week series)

8-week online series: Wednesdays from September 6 through October 25 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Moving on with Persistent Pain is an eight-week series of group sessions held online. For two hours each week, you will meet with a Behavioural Health Consultant – a nurse specializing in mental health – to learn ways to manage pain. Topics you will discuss include planning your activities to improve stamina and energy while preventing flare ups; exploring the relationship between anxiety and stress and pain levels; and learning to set goals to change your lifestyle and reduce the impact of pain.
