Mindful Eating – Virtual Class

This workshop will help you learn how to improve your relationship with food by honoring internal cues, observing hunger and fullness, savoring your food, and discovering strategies to overcome mindless eating.
The workshop consists of two parts:
1) Self- directed online learning prior to Zoom meeting
2) Live discussion and Q & A with a dietitian via Zoom meeting
