Mediterranean Diet (Morinville)

Learn the basics of the Mediterranean Diet and lifestyle pattern as well as the many well known health benefits such as reduced cardiovascular risk, improved blood sugar control, and positive impacts on mental health. You will also learn new ways to incorporate Mediterranean inspired foods and recipes into everyday cooking and how to access additional resources.
This session is held at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre, 9502-100 Avenue. A free lunch will be provided by Morinville Family and Community Support Services.
