Healthy Hearts – March in-person class
March 28 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
In this session, our Dietitians will teach you how to eat for a healthier heart!
You will learn to:
- Understand your risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and which risk factors can be managed with diet, lifestyle, and medication
- Identify Heart-Healthy foods that also improve cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides
- Create personal goals to improve your heart health
