Edmonton Zone Patient Education Classes

Edmonton area Primary Care Networks are working together to offer a variety of educational classes to patients. Attendance at these classes does not require a referral and is open to anyone in the Edmonton area.

All classes are offered via zoom platform so can be accessed utilizing a smartphone, laptop, or tablet anywhere with internet access.

6-Session Obesity Clinic Nutrition Classes

Daily activity tips and weight-loss strategies are offered at every session. Patients are encouraged to attend all six sessions and can start during any week as the classes repeat every six sessions. Attend one class or attend all.
